• Support the ADR Business Partner in improving existing reporting structures and workflows in Salesforce
• Collaborate with the Sales Systems team to automate workflows and enhance system processes
• Assess and prioritize requests for improvements based on business impact
• Develop data-driven quota recommendations in partnership with Sales Leadership
• Own and maintain SQL queries and troubleshoot critical support issues

• 2–5+ years of experience in a Sales Analyst or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in Google Apps Script and
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage projects end-to-end
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a recognized university in a relevant field

• Salesforce Administrator Certifications are a plus
• Familiarity with Product Management and/or Six Sigma best practices
• MBA is optional but beneficial
