Overview

Employer Industry: Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Services

• Salary up to $75,000.00 yearly, plus an annual incentive based on performance and company profitability

• Perform data entry into ERP systems and generate reports for various project-related documents
• Assist with customer and subcontractor invoice processing, managing incoming incentive payments
• Prepare and control quality for monthly cost-reimbursable billings to customers
• Organize and track subcontracts, change orders, insurance, and billings
• Support project managers with construction schedule updates and logistical planning for data collection visits

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, along with experience in ERP systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Experience in project coordination within the MEP industry
• Familiarity with MS Project for construction scheduling
• Ability to analyze project commitments and follow up with subcontractors and vendors
