Senior Product Manager- Healthcare Insurance

• Lead the development and delivery of market‑leading products and services to maximize value for the enterprise and its customers
• Define product/service vision and strategy, create business plans, and communicate plans internally and externally
• Manage cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product initiatives, including creating Product Requirements Documents
• Serve as a central resource for assigned products and initiatives, addressing product‑specific issues and business rules
• Conduct ongoing market and portfolio evaluations to ensure competitiveness and success in operational and financial goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; graduate degree (MBA) strongly desired
• Minimum of six years of experience in product management, marketing, or customer‑focused healthcare
• Proven leadership skills with at least six years of experience in project or program management
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market research and financial information, and evaluate profitability
• Superior knowledge of product and/or service development methodologies

• Experience in managing products across operational divisions
• Strong skills in influencing and building relationships to accomplish objectives
• Proficient in communicating effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Ability to handle broad, complex, and unstructured tasks ranging from analytical to strategic in nature
