Strategic Account Executive

• Salary range from $105,000 to $125,000, with eligibility for a sales commission plan

• Build rapport and establish credibility with account stakeholders at all levels of the client organization
• Proactively identify client objectives, challenges, and develop actionable strategic plans
• Manage retention revenue and expansion targets, including contract negotiations and oversight
• Develop and deliver presentations, including business reviews and strategic planning insights
• Monitor client contractual obligations and communicate any risks to management

• 8+ years of Sales and/or Account Management experience in the health industry
• Experience in Wellbeing, population health, navigation, digital health, or a related field
• Strong understanding of employee benefits and self-funded business
• Proven ability to handle complex situations and deliver renewals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

• Experience with client management, benefits strategy management, and data analytics
• Background in health promotion research or related sales experience
