- Build rapport and establish credibility with account stakeholders at all levels of the client organization
- Proactively identify client objectives, challenges, and develop actionable strategic plans
- Manage retention revenue and expansion targets, including contract negotiations and oversight
- Develop and deliver presentations, including business reviews and strategic planning insights
- Monitor client contractual obligations and communicate any risks to management
- 8+ years of Sales and/or Account Management experience in the health industry
- Experience in Wellbeing, population health, navigation, digital health, or a related field
- Strong understanding of employee benefits and self-funded business
- Proven ability to handle complex situations and deliver renewals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Experience with client management, benefits strategy management, and data analytics
- Background in health promotion research or related sales experience
