- Manage a book of assigned clients, ensuring they understand their benefits and compliance
- Assist in the development and implementation of new benefit plans and specifications
- Support client account managers and collaborate with the benefits team on compliance matters
- Maintain data integrity and system functionality for all benefits-related information
- Perform benefits analysis, validations, and audits to ensure quality control
- A Life & Health Producer License is required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Benefits Services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Experience using Prism HR to build benefit forms and validate enrollment processes
- Previous payroll experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Passion for teamwork and collaboration
