What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage a book of assigned clients, ensuring they understand their benefits and compliance
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new benefit plans and specifications
  • Support client account managers and collaborate with the benefits team on compliance matters
  • Maintain data integrity and system functionality for all benefits-related information
  • Perform benefits analysis, validations, and audits to ensure quality control
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • A Life & Health Producer License is required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Benefits Services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience using Prism HR to build benefit forms and validate enrollment processes
  • Previous payroll experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for teamwork and collaboration
