Client Account Coordinator

Inizio Engage seeks a Client Account Coordinator to support biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients across patient, provider, and payer engagement programs. In this role, you will manage day-to-day coordination of client projects, track timelines and deliverables, and ensure high-quality execution of launch and commercialization initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional global teams, maintain accurate documentation and reporting, and support data-driven insights. Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between biotech/pharma clients and internal project teams to support patient, provider, and payer engagement programs
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication for product launches and commercialization initiatives
• Track project performance, prepare status reports, and ensure alignment with client expectations and quality standards
• Support data collection, dashboard updates, and documentation to inform insights and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional scientific, digital, and operations teams to solve issues and optimize client experience
• Assist with meeting planning, minutes, and follow-up actions for internal and client-facing meetings
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and project management tools, ensuring compliance with healthcare and data standards
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices for client account management in a regulated environment
