- Provide direct supervision to Superintendents and field staff on assigned projects
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project schedules, safety, quality, and tidiness
- Review and approve project invoices and monthly draws
- Collaborate with project teams to establish detailed schedules, budgets, and safety plans
- Secure necessary building permits and manage requirements for Certificates of Occupancy
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in multifamily construction
- Proficient in MS Office, Procore, and MS Project
- Strong language, math, and reasoning skills
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time to project sites
- Knowledge of building codes and construction practices
- Ability to mentor and develop others
- A combination of education and experience is acceptable
