- Design and develop compelling communication and stewardship assets across print and digital platforms
- Propose creative solutions that align with communication strategies and client goals
- Accomplish technical duties related to graphic design, video production, photography, and copywriting
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to brand standards and guidelines
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other specialists to enhance the team's creative output
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Visual Media, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in developing concepts and delivering assets across print and digital platforms
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with high-quality results
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other industry-standard creative software
- Commitment to uphold Compassion’s ministry and child protection considerations in all tasks
- Experience in branding, layouts, video editing, and photography
- Familiarity with creating materials for medium to large-scale communication and marketing initiatives
- Previous experience providing expertise in creative disciplines to support staff and professionals
