• Edit graphics using Adobe Illustrator and integrate them into proposal documents
• Utilize advanced functions in Adobe PDF and MS Word for document creation and editing
• Review all RFPs for Section L requirements and check final copies for errors
• Collaborate with coworkers, graphic artists, and proposal managers to produce proposals according to design specifications

• Five or more years of experience in proposal development
• Five or more years of experience using MS Word, including template design and formatting
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and MS Word
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously

• Experience working in Share Point
• Customer-service orientation and team player mentality
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
