- Coordinate smaller broker events end-to-end, managing all aspects from planning through execution
- Assist event leads with project management support on larger events, tracking timelines and coordinating with cross-functional partners
- Order event materials, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of event needs
- Create event content and materials, including attendee communications and agendas
- Gather post-event feedback and compile reports on event success metrics and improvements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in events, marketing, or creative agency roles
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with attention to detail
- Proven time management skills and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficient in software applications, including Google Workspace and Zoom
- Experience in coordinating high-profile events with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated initiative and high degree of responsibility in previous roles
- Ability to travel for in-person events (15-25%)
