• Edit video content for marketing, brand, and internal communications, ensuring polished deliverables
• Build and adapt motion graphics using Adobe After Effects for various platforms
• Plan and execute small-crew or solo video shoots, including location scouting and equipment setup
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to develop storylines for content initiatives
• Maintain organized project structures and manage media through cloud-based storage

• 3–5 years of professional experience in video production, post-production, or a related creative field
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Strong portfolio showcasing editing, motion graphics, and finished video projects
• Solid understanding of cinematography principles and audio capture
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Film Production, or equivalent experience
• Experience developing animated/motion-driven content for multiple platforms
• Interest in advanced technical workflows such as color management and multi-camera editing
• Comfortable working with executives and providing direction when needed
