• Complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car rental) while adhering to corporate travel guidelines
• Ensure timely communication, including call-backs within a 1-hour window and email responses within 2 hours
• Process reservations and ticketing using the online tool (Concur)
• Maintain ownership of travel records and ensure all client details are addressed prior to departure
• Stay informed on airline rules, regulations, and tariffs to apply knowledge to travel arrangements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate travel
• Proficiency in Sabre, Travelport Plus, and Worldspan;
  Apollo knowledge is optional
• Competency in ticketing processes, including exchanges
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable attendance and punctuality

• Experience with online booking tools
• Knowledge of international itineraries and rate structures
• Familiarity with health requirements and travel documentation for various countries
