Commercial Auto Customer Service Representative

• Handle incoming calls from customers, vendors, and service companies to resolve inquiries and issues
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and promotions offered by the employer
• Provide accurate information to callers and address their concerns effectively
• Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Bind and issue new business policies and support underwriters with various responsibilities

• Minimum of 2 years of office experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and dependability
• Ability to work from 8am - 5pm PST

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with maturity
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience working under demanding time constraints and production goals
