Customer Service - Event Expert

• Provide specialized customer support through email, chat, and phone for Seat Geek Enterprise customers
• Utilize metrics and consumer insights to improve service and evaluate performance
• Collaborate with tools such as Talkdesk, Zendesk, and Slack for daily tasks
• Attend weekly strategy meetings and participate in project work as a customer support expert
• Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Customer Service, preferably at a tech startup or high-volume company
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection (at least 35 Mbps)
• Strong work ethic and adaptability to changing business needs

• Proficiency in Spanish
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment or tech startup
