• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Degree from a Junior College or higher, with experience in travel agency or client service
• Fluency in English and Japanese, with strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and travel reservation systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing environments
• Willingness to work overtime or on weekends/holidays as needed

• Familiarity with Japanese client service customs to enhance client interactions
• Previous experience in sales or marketing within the travel industry
• Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and project management
• Demonstrated ability to create promotional materials and conduct market research
• Experience attending and participating in travel seminars and training
