Position: Call Center Representative (Bilingual)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Conduct incoming and outbound telephone calls regarding service questions and customer concerns.
  • Review data reports and communication tools to respond effectively to customer inquiries.
  • Record detailed written summaries of customer interactions in customer service software.
  • Monitor the progress of service requests, providing follow-up as needed to ensure timely assistance.
  • Perform clerical support functions such as data entry and logging email interactions.
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 1 year of call center, customer service, and/or social work experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
  • Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to make reliable decisions under strict deadlines.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Proficiency in Spanish or other languages.
  • Knowledge of public housing development corporations and low- or middle-income resident populations.
  • Experience using customer service software systems, including Zen Desk.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to work independently or within a team.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
