What to Expect
  • Fulfill air booking requests for members using the Sabre GDS system
  • Provide personalized air travel recommendations aligning with client preferences and budgets
  • Manage air bookings from reservation through post-travel follow-up, including exchanges and schedule changes
  • Liaise with airlines to resolve operational issues and ensure timely solutions for disruptions
  • Collaborate closely with Travel Designers to ensure a seamless client experience
What is Required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in air travel reservations or ticketing, preferably in a luxury leisure environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Sabre GDS, including ticketing and fare construction
  • Strong understanding of airline fare rules, international routing, and premium cabin products
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and composure under pressure

  • Proven ability to anticipate client needs and deliver proactive, high-touch customer service
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients and internal partners
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with CRM or workflow management tools
