Loss Draft Customer Service Representative

• Resolve inbound service calls regarding questions and issues related to loss drafts from borrowers, contractors, and insurance companies
• Accurately document call activity in the Loss Draft Tracking system
• Set up processing tasks such as property inspections and disbursement requests
• Utilize de-escalation skills to address upset callers and refer unresolved issues to appropriate team members
• Perform additional duties as required to support customer satisfaction

• High School diploma or GED equivalency
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data entry, call center, telemarketing, or related fields
• Basic understanding of insurance claims processing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications effectively

• Mortgage insurance experience
• Familiarity with general office machines
• Willingness to attend initial on-the-job training sessions
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
