What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage regional sales and customer support, ensuring timely responses to client and advisor inquiries
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients and advisors through effective communication
  • Provide expert guidance on the brand, product portfolio, and destinations served
  • Collaborate with clients and travel advisors to build and manage itinerary proposals
  • Identify and elevate client pain points while continuously improving processes and service
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Native‑level English written and spoken skills, with strong professional judgment in sensitive communications
  • Deep familiarity with and passion for Japan, including 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to collaborate across global time zones, with availability for 2‑3 days a week crossover with JST
  • Demonstrated autonomous ownership, with the ability to triage and close loops without heavy supervision
  • 3‑5 years of work experience in a related role, preferably in travel or hospitality industry

  • Japanese language ability
  • Experience in connecting with clients through various communication channels
  • Resilience and composure in handling difficult client situations
  • Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse teams
  • Versatility in managing multiple tasks in fast‑paced environment
