What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and the web portal, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to develop effective solutions for customer needs
  • Utilize Salesforce for recording customer interactions and troubleshooting customer issues
  • Contribute to the Customer Support Knowledge Base by documenting new issues and updating existing content
  • Provide mentorship and assistance to junior analysts as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree in computer systems or related field, or relevant technical certification, or over one year of experience in customer support for software or business applications
  • Must thrive in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment

  • Ability to self‑direct and engage proactively in problem‑solving
  • Flexibility to work 8‑hour shifts and participate in on‑call support as needed
