What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring they deliver value-based solutions

  • Proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing Customer Success Managers
  • Strong ability to drive adoption and implement customer success best practices
  • Experience effectively collaborating with senior executives and addressing escalated client issues
