What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own the end‑to‑end customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to ongoing success

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working with data privacy tools such as Data Grail
  • Proven track record of increasing customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
  • Ability to contribute to scalable resources like templates and playbooks for team efficiency
