- A data‑driven mindset with the ability to track key metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Experience working with data privacy tools such as Data Grail
- Proven track record of increasing customer engagement and satisfaction
- Familiarity with compliance regulations such as GDPR and CCPA
- Ability to contribute to scalable resources like templates and playbooks for team efficiency
