- Full-Time Collector Position Available

Position Requirements :
  • Minimum of 1 year of verified general office experience.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including internet research and navigation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Responsibilities (after training):
  • Contact consumers to arrange payments and conduct skip-tracing to locate individuals.
  • Use phone and internet tools to find the right contact and negotiate payment terms.
  • Review account data and ask relevant questions to overcome objections and secure payments.
  • Accurately document all call outcomes, new information, and notes within our system.
  • Manage multiple account queues throughout different stages of the collection process.
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and company regulations and policies.
  • Work on-site in an office environment, handling phone calls, data entry, and digital information daily.
Position Details:
  • Hours:

    Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.

    - 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week)
  • Pay: $18.85/hour with a raise upon completion of probationary period
