What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive market share by providing architectural design expertise to architects, designers, contractors, and end-users
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and update product specifications
  • Conduct product research and stay updated on industry trends to provide relevant design recommendations
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to address design-related inquiries and modifications
  • Lead CRM opportunities to ensure the sales team engages effectively with architects and distributors
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or Marketing
  • 3-5 years of specification experience in Division 10 or related field, ideally in a technical support/construction sales role
  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and design visualization tools (e.g., Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. and Canada
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Proven experience in design, construction, or related roles within the B2B industry
  • Knowledge of CRM and construction software (Dodge, Construct Connect)
  • AIA/CSI Membership is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with innovative design solutions
