• Prioritize and manage workloads for graphic designers, content creators, and video production specialists
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to align on timelines and deliverables
• Implement best practices for creative processes and workflows
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding studio projects
• Ensure all creative output meets the highest standards of quality and brand guidelines

• Minimum of five years of experience managing creative teams, including graphic designers and video production specialists
• Exceptional organizational skills with a systematic approach to work
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse team
• Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
• Proficient in developing and maintaining realistic schedules and adhering to deadlines

• Experience working in lean/agile environments
• Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
• Experience using digital workflows/project management software (Click Up and Workfront)
• Understanding of digital technology
