• Develop and edit engaging help materials for educators on using Amplify's educational products
• Utilize content development tools to create instructional documents that promote clarity and accuracy
• Manage document life cycles efficiently, ensuring version control and adherence to Amplify's style
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor content for diverse audiences, including teachers and administrators
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss project workflows and ensure communication consistency

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in developing end-user documentation or relevant classroom/Ed Tech experience with strong writing skills
• 2+ years of experience with content management systems such as Salesforce Knowledge or Word Press
• 1+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop)
• Proficiency in productivity tools such as Slack, G Suite, Figma, Notion, git/Git Hub, and Jira

• Experience in classroom teaching or familiarity with the challenges educators face in Literacy and STEM
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Experience in a remote corporate culture
• Familiarity with Amplify's products and services
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines while producing high-quality work
