• Define and execute a vision for a frictionless and innovative checkout experience across all digital ordering channels
• Own the late‑stage product experience to minimize cart abandonment and maximize purchase completion
• Drive loyalty signups and encourage users to redeem rewards and loyalty points effectively
• Increase adoption of cashless payment options and enhance the payment experience
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize both in‑store and online shopping experiences

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on revenue growth through checkout optimization
• Proven experience in consumer shopping experiences and a history of building and optimizing them
• In‑depth understanding of payment processing and the payment ecosystem
• 3+ years of experience in A/B testing to optimize key metrics
• Proficiency in SQL and data‑driven decision‑making

• Experience with ACH Processing and bank payment experiences
• Familiarity with leveraging AI technologies to enhance product development cycles
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on stakeholder empathy
