What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide exceptional support to learners regarding academic inquiries and records throughout their educational journey
  • Proactively inform learners about important milestones and resources to enhance their experience
  • Educate learners on self-service resources to promote independence and self-sufficiency
  • Manage and resolve casework efficiently while adhering to service level agreements (SLA)
  • Collaborate with coaches and departments to resolve learner requests and improve processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional setting with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma required; some college experience preferred
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to a set daily/weekly schedule
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Strong technological skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and education-related software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Some college experience or relevant coursework in education or counseling
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex customer resolution issues effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems or educational software
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage stressful situations effectively
