• Oversee a portfolio of graduate student dissertations utilizing various research methodologies
• Conduct internal program assessments to ensure quality and effectiveness
• Contribute to curriculum design and accreditation efforts for the Ph.D. in Cybersecurity program
• Engage regularly with part‑time faculty and collaborate on programmatic strategies
• Maintain and develop online doctoral‑level courses in cybersecurity while ensuring compliance with accreditation standards

• Terminal degree in Cybersecurity or a master’s degree in cybersecurity with a doctorate in a related discipline
• Evidence of research production, including peer‑reviewed journal publications and conference proceedings
• Experience serving as a dissertation chair or as a member of a dissertation committee
• Leadership or program management experience, preferably at the director level or higher
• Background check required and willingness to travel for university events

• Familiarity with ABET and WASC accreditation processes
• Experience or potential to secure research or program grant funding
• Experience in establishing and maintaining a cybersecurity research center
• Active involvement in the cybersecurity community
• Experience with National Security Agency Centers of Academic Excellence programs
