What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage AP Professional Learning Consultants and OTC Moderators, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
  • Create schedules for AP Online Workshops and AP Teacher Support events, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Oversee the AP Course Audit Review process, assisting educators with syllabus development and submission
  • Maintain effective communication channels with consultants and internal staff to facilitate collaboration
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of professional learning events and make recommendations for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational program management or related field
  • Proficiency with Cvent for event planning, registration, and reporting
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce for data management
  • Strong understanding of the AP program, particularly English and Capstone courses
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience coordinating and overseeing a large group of consultants
  • Familiarity with emerging educational technologies and AI-driven solutions

  • Ability to travel 4-5 times a year for business purposes
