- Design, author, and implement engaging e-learning courses for the plumbing and mechanical piping industries
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to establish learning objectives and conduct needs assessments
- Develop assessments and learning paths, creating content from storyboarding to publication
- Provide analysis and reporting on LMS metrics, including user engagement and course trends
- Assist with the configuration, implementation, and administration of e-learning platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or 6 years of related experience with a proven portfolio
- Minimum 2 years of experience in developing custom e-learning solutions for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring software platforms, including Articulate Storyline and Adobe Creative Suites
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse clientele
- Knowledge of Cloud-based Learning Management Systems
- Experience in the building or construction industry
- Proven experience in developing video tutorials
- Familiarity with adult learning theory and blended learning approaches
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to adapt to a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial work environment
