• Manage, coach, and support a team of Advanced Autonomous Vehicle Operators across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to safety and professionalism standards
• Review and audit operator reports regarding vehicle behavior, software errors, and disengagements, providing actionable feedback for engineering teams
• Design and implement training programs applying Adult Learning Principles, ensuring materials are accessible and up-to-date
• Mentor Advanced Operators on effective training techniques and establish a scalable peer‑mentorship program
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) to track course completions and manage certifications

• 3+ years of experience in Training Management, Learning & Development, or Operations Management
• Demonstrated application of Adult Learning Theory in a professional setting
• Hands‑on experience administering an online LMS and proficiency in creating digital training materials
• A clean driving record and a strong understanding of safety culture/protocol compliance
• Strong emotional intelligence, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback

• Experience in the Autonomous Vehicle, Transportation, or Logistics industries
• Experience with instructional design software
• Previous experience in a role requiring technical writing or technical reporting
