- Design full-course curricula for high school STEM subjects, including scope and sequence, unit plans, and daily lesson plans
- Develop high-quality instructional materials, such as student-facing lessons, labs, projects, and assessments
- Ensure alignment to New York State standards and the employer’s academic vision and outcomes
- Embed inquiry-based learning and opportunities for analytical thinking and problem-solving in curriculum materials
- Collaborate closely with academic leaders and instructional coaches to ensure coherence across courses and grade levels
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics;
Master’s degree preferred - At least three years of experience in developing rigorous, standards-aligned curriculum
- Proven record of driving strong student outcomes through effective curriculum design
- Ability to use feedback from educators and student performance data to improve curriculum materials
- Strong understanding of New York State education standards and inquiry-based learning principles
- Experience in designing curricula for AP Statistics or similar high school STEM subjects
- Familiarity with assessment design that measures content mastery and skill application
- Background in collaborative curriculum development with multiple stakeholders
- Passion for educational equity and commitment to diversity in education
- Creative problem‑solving skills and a growth mindset
