Testing Coordinator

• Manage all school and state-mandated assessment programs, including testing logistics and procedures
• Research and secure facilities for in-person testing, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
• Train staff on district and state testing protocols and monitor compliance during assessments
• Develop and maintain testing databases and track student accommodations
• Collaborate with special education staff to implement state testing and address alternate assessment needs

• Bachelor’s degree
• Two (2) years of experience in test administration/protocols or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to clear required background check
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Professional experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; familiarity with databases and web proficiency

• Familiarity with state testing procedures
• Current state teacher’s certificate
• Experience teaching in the classroom and administering standardized tests
• Experience with virtual/online education
