Job Title: Drama Teacher, grades 8-12
Marshfield High School and Marshfield Junior High School
Full‑time teaching position for the 2026‑2027 school year
- Properly endorsed Oregon Teaching License with a Drama endorsement and English Language Arts
- Strong ability to work as a team member
- Good communication skills
- Highly Qualified teacher status as per state definition
- Experience with Proficiency Based Grading
- Knowledge of Professional Learning Communities
- Creates an environment of safety, respect, and rapport

- Manages classroom procedures
- Manages student behavior
- Manages the classroom’s physical space
- Writes and utilizes short‑term and long‑term plans for instruction
