• Serve as the primary technical contact for customer support within a strategic account

• Manage and maintain action item registers for major initiatives and operational issues
• Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical problems, ensuring business continuity
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to deliver technical presentations and discussions

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in technical customer service, consulting, or professional services
• Deep understanding of SaaS technologies and Managed Services
• Experience with configuration and troubleshooting of routers and telecommunications protocols
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present at all levels

• CCNP/JNCIA/NRS II certification
• Familiarity with the Calix product portfolio or similar telecom technologies
• Experience with large tier 1 and tier 2 telecommunications service providers
  
  Proven history of managing large-scale complex projects
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and analysis skills
