• Provide leadership and direction to a team of engineers focused on platform engineering, system integration, and automation
• Oversee project execution, including scope, timeline, resource planning, and budget control
• Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions using tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with strategic goals
• Establish best practices and operating procedures for deployment, support, and incident management

• BA/BS degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing engineering teams in managed services
• Proven experience solving complex business and technical problems in a regulated environment
• Strong focus on implementing process and technology automation
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a government security clearance

• Experience with cloud-native platforms and modern workloads
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus or Datadog
• Strong communication and written skills to effectively drive meetings with account teams
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of self‑service capabilities in operational tasks
