• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• PMI or PMP certification preferred

• Experience in engineering, research and development, or financial systems
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to provide constructive feedback
• Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Visio
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control techniques
