- Independently manage large-scale projects related to quality assurance and manufacturing operations

- Oversee key projects aligned with the Business Unit’s strategy, including RFQ and NPI costing
- Lead the development of products throughout their lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or any Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or quality management in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to travel 50-60% of the time to various international locations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Technical knowledge of equipment used in AI networking switches and Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)
- Experience with AI Networking and the EMS industry
- Strong technical skills in Liquid Cooling Technology and large BGA technology in SMT processes
- Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Proven project and program management skills
- Ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences
