• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multiple High Energy Laser (HEL) programs
• Lead monthly schedule status reviews and communicate performance metrics to finance and program leadership
• Ensure compliance with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) 14‑point assessment guidelines
• Support scenario modeling and impact assessments for schedule changes as requested by customers
• Integrate subcontractor and supplier schedules into the overall program IMS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program scheduling within defense or aerospace industries
• Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera (P6)
• Strong knowledge of Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS) practices and Earned Value Management (EVM)
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

• Master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Over 8 years of experience in defense program scheduling, preferably with directed energy or advanced weapon systems
• Familiarity with Agile program management practices
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Server/Enterprise tools
• Active DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance
