North Central Regional Sales Manager

• Build and maintain influential relationships with senior‑level decision makers at customers and distributors
• Conduct regular reviews and strategy meetings with target customers to identify technical needs
• Achieve assigned budget and growth targets for customers in the defined geographic territory
• Coordinate cross‑functional support from Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations

• Strong interconnect technical acumen
• Electronic components manufacturing or distribution experience
• Technical degree preferred
• Previous supervisory or management experience required
• Ability to travel as required, estimated 25 – 50%

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs or projects
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to lead and problem‑solve in unstructured environments
