Technical Support Engineer

• Provide technical application support to users, addressing complex software inquiries for civil engineering projects
• Train engineers and designers on utilizing civil engineering and survey software tools effectively
• Consult with engineering firms and government organizations on software implementation
• Develop training materials and multimedia resources for user education
• Act as the primary communication link between users and the employer

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent training and experience
• 1‑5 years of experience in road, rail, and site design preferred
• Proficiency in English
• Prior experience with software such as Open Roads Designer, InRoads, GEOPAK, Micro Station, AutoCAD, or Civil3D strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Professional Engineer license
• Strong critical thinking skills and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to learn
• Experience working in a home‑based or hybrid work environment
