• Facilitate regular communication and training calls with leadership regarding Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies
• Serve as the primary contact for field inquiries about investigations and incident follow-up
• Assist in incident and accident investigations, providing documentation guidance and policy creation
• Conduct random EHS inspections to assess the sustainability of corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with all EHS documentation and standards

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years of progressive environmental, health, and safety experience required
• Experience with incident management, investigation, and risk identification in OSHA Federal & State regulations
• Strong commercial, investigation, strategic, and analytical skills
• Ability to deliver clear presentations to various audience sizes, both virtually and in person

• 1-3 years of experience in other business areas
• Environmental and Safety Certification(s)
• Experience in a growth organization with a focus on culture and engagement
• Participation in national initiatives requiring change management
• Deep knowledge of State/Federal regulations, OSHA definitions, and recommendations from NIOSH and ACGIH
