Position: Agent Experience Lead (Portland, OR)

Overview

As the Agent Experience Lead, you will serve as the vital Rocket Close liaison responsible for business development and ensuring the success and satisfaction of agents, support members, and customers in the Oregon market. You will build strategic relationships, drive new title and escrow business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while representing our products and services with passion and expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Attend and represent Rocket Close at Redfin team meetings to advocate for our product while understanding agent and client feedback.
  • Take a leadership role in and assume responsibility for establishing relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Develop long-term strategic account plans which identifies potential business opportunities, defines goals and resource requirements
  • Demonstrates personal initiative to understand changing market conditions, assigned client segment(s) and evolving client needs.
  • Triage and address any possible issues at closing.
  • Be a source for agents and customers navigating our platform used for closings in Qualia, as well as Earnnest.
  • Participate in new market launch responsibilities such as training Agents, Transaction Coordinators and Listing Coordinators how to work with Rocket Close
  • Work closely with the Rocket Close Director of Market Operations and Closing /Title Team members to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Utilize the Customer Satisfaction NPS, Agent and Transaction Coordinator NPS and Survey results to get a pulse on customer satisfaction to drive exceptional customer service to Agents, Clients, and vendors on every file from start to finish.
About You
  • 3-5 years of experience in Real Estate, Title & Settlement or Sales
  • Fire:

  • Must possess the ability to quickly assess the personalities and needs of all parties present at settlement; enjoy engaging in activities to support, develop and enhance current clients and new business opportunities.
  • Current Title Producer’s License or Sales License (if required per state)
  • Dynamic, engaging and outgoing personality that can work with and connect with people across a diverse spectrum of personalities and backgrounds with a customer-first approach.
