• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Able to pass a preemployment background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written correspondence to clients and staff.
• Highly organized and able to work independently.
• Proficient in mathematics and money handling.

• Interviews loan applicants and processes applications by analyzing credit history.
• Processes loan applications.
• Approves or denies loans.
  
  Handles loan record retention and keeps loan files up to date.
• Computes, prepares, and submits all credit life and credit disability insurance claims.
• Servers as the Security Officer for the branch office.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Perform duties of the Member Service Representative and Operations Officer as necessary such as:
  • Serves as liaison between members and the Credit Union.
  • Answers telephone, greets and refers members to appropriate staff.
  • Provides account information.
  • Opens new share, share draft (checking) and certificate of deposit accounts.
  • Handles member's daily banking needs.
  • Balance cash drawer.
  • Prepare member statements for mailing.
  • Reproduce and assemble forms.

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm

$18.45 DOE

Coos County Oregon

The employees are under a collective bargaining agreement (Union). Benefits include full family medical, dental, and vision paid by the employer, 401K 5% match, vacation, 13 holidays, and paid sick leave. Pay DOE.
