Senior Associate, Valuation Financial Reporting

• Assist in setting up engagements via internal channels and external data rooms for clients
• Catalog and analyze property‑specific financial due diligence materials
• Conduct market research to collect and analyze comparable sales, rents, and expenses
• Assist in the valuation process, including preparing Excel schedules and narrative reports
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members while communicating with various stakeholders

• Minimum of 2 years of valuation experience, preferably at a Big 4 accounting firm or large advisory firm
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• State Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser or Licensed Trainee preferred
• Basic understanding of valuations for financial reporting purposes
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and commercial real estate data services

• Valuation experience for US GAAP and IFRS preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proven acumen in financial modeling or real estate underwriting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially with market participants
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well both autonomously and in a team environment
