• Monitor a pipeline of loans to ensure critical documents are received and reviewed timely for disbursement
• Prioritize a pipeline of loans to meet Service Level Agreement targets
• Drive resolution for customers and clients by engaging appropriate parties, including Fulfillment partners and borrowers
• Complete Compliance Reviews to confirm accuracy of documents and legal descriptions prior to disbursement
• Conduct research and clean-up of data in company production systems as directed by management

• High school diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in closing/processing at a title company or post-closing area of a financial institution
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Basic communication skills to effectively address internal and external clients
• Strong attention to detail for document accuracy and compliance

• Experience in real estate loan documentation or related financial institution roles
• Familiarity with title insurance and settlement processes
