• Support short- and long-term financial planning and forecasting through driver-based modeling and ROI analysis
• Analyze new product unit economics and provide actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with various departments to translate assumptions into forecasts and identify financial implications
• Create scalable FP&A tools and automate reporting processes to enhance accuracy and clarity
• Partner with Accounting for month-end and quarter-end close processes, analyzing variances and communicating results

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial modeling techniques
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to multiple levels of leadership
• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Experience with SQL and/or Python/R for analysis or report automation
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Mode, or Tableau
• Experience with planning software like Adaptive Insights or Anaplan
• Industry exposure to B2C SaaS or lending/fintech environments
