• Support loan activities after closing, including funding, system onboarding, account maintenance, modifications, draws, and payoff processes
• Manage core system data and operational processes for syndicated loans and specialized lending products
• Perform general ledger and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Onboard loans into the core processing system and design onboarding procedures for new loan products
• Lead resolution of complex escalations, applying advanced problem-solving and coordination across departments

• 3–5 years of banking or financial services experience with a strong operational foundation
• Strong proficiency in navigating core banking platforms and operational workflows
• Proven success in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management skills
• Ability to work overtime during peak periods like month-end or quarter-end

• Knowledge of Specialty Finance lending
• Experience with system enhancements and technology-driven workflows
